Detailed Description:
Controlling and financial reporting

You will be responsible for ensuring the necessary financial controlling and follow up. You will focus on securing that all accounting and business risks are covered and reflected in the financial reporting, and that we adhere to policies and guidelines. You will join the Danish Finance department and will have 10 dedicated and motivated colleagues in Valby. Here you will handle a wide variety of tasks. More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Participation in month-end closing & reporting, estimates and budget
• Continuous follow up and controlling
• Interaction with external auditors
• Preparation of year-end closing & reporting package
• Tax calculations and tax reporting
• Preparation and follow up of monthly closing procedure manual
• Reconciliations, and monthly accruals
• Analysis
• Coordination with our Financial Share Service Center in India

Added to this, you will be involved in a number of ad-hoc tasks within your competence area. On a daily basis, you will interact with people throughout the company across all functions and be part of an international work environment with different cultures and backgrounds.

Job Requirements:
An analytical and diligent mindset
You will hold a commercial or financial degree, or you have the equivalent knowledge acquired in whatever way. This should be combined with a couple of years of relevant work experience from either an audit firm or similar relevant experience within controlling & finance.

A strong work ethic and an attention for detail are very important elements for this job. You will use your analytical and diligent mindset to ensure that the necessary financial controls are carried out. Your colleagues know you as an enterprising, service-minded team player, who thrives on taking initiatives and being proactive.

It is important that you have a natural interest and proficiency for IT-tools in general and the ability to quickly learn new ones. We are primarily using Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management as well as MS Office (Excel). Experience within these will be considered as an advantage. The international aspect of this job requires that you are fluent in English.
